Description Our customer is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to help them with change management with their PPM tool: Clarity. formal exposure to clarity is preferred. The will be helping with training, curriculum, marketing, power-points, messaging, and roll out and IT solutioning. Need to be okay working with very direct leadership (Some would say brutally direct) and must be self motivated as there will not be a lot of hand holding. Need to have direct examples of implementing in organizations vs talking about it at a high level. Need someone detail oriented. Want them to talk about KPIs and adoption methods. . Need to have lead technical creators, and develop training that is critical. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
