Organizational Change Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop Process Documentation for ‘P736 Project Evolution’ for upcoming Process Changes. 

• Support the roll out of D&T related Organizational Change Management (OrgCM) Strategy. 

• Collaborate across the organization to ensure solution strategy & execution is meeting project goals. 

• Identify required capabilities & enablers the 'blockers' in support of a successful ‘Project Evolution’ roll out. 

• Coordination of strategic organizational change management & communication tasks, working in conjunction with the D&T Project Leads. 

• Work with D&T Project Leads to prioritize dependent workstreams. 

• Support in setting & recording objectives & KPIs. Education University Degree in Engineering, Management or similar. 

Special Skills:

 • Project management, communications, strategy, organizational change management. 

• Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills. 

• Technical understanding with the ability to translate into non-technical language. 

• Must have a desire and passion to find ways to reach and interact with internal customers. 

• Be capable of communicating across regions, and at all levels. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Able to develop and communicate compelling messages. 

• High degree of initiative, independent work and assertiveness.

 • Excellent analytical, business & strategic skills.
