Organizational Change Management Consultant
Job Title: Organizational Change Management ConsultantJob Description The scope of this engagement includes providing full-time Organizational Change Management (OCM) leadership and support for a company enterprise-wide workforce planning initiative as part of the 1LMX program. The focus will be on strategy development, execution, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of the Workforce Planning Center of Excellence (COE). This effort encompasses driving adoption of common tools and processes across all business areas and supporting stakeholders throughout the transformation. Responsibilities + Develop and execute an enterprise-level OCM strategy that integrates with current and planned efforts across all business areas. + Conduct change impact and stakeholder analyses to tailor engagement and communications. + Manage role mapping, survey creation, deployment, and analysis to ensure stakeholder alignment. + Design and deliver tailored training programs informed by stakeholder feedback and survey results. + Craft unified communications to address existing myths and misinformation, ensuring consistent messaging. + Prepare executive-level presentations and communication materials to secure alignment and support. + Prepare and execute a themed go-live aligned with May the 4th. + Facilitate team meetings and ensure alignment across business areas, including Space and other divisions. + Incorporate agile methodologies into OCM practices to adapt to evolving needs. + Provide hyper care support to the Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence team to ensure a seamless transition from OCM lead/execution to long-term sustainability. Essential Skills + 3-8 years of experience in organizational change management. + Demonstrated success deploying change management tools and methodologies to improve the success of change initiatives. + Demonstrated success managing large programs with clear organization and communication protocols. + Exceptional communication skills both oral and written, and demonstrated success in producing companywide communications. + Ability to collaborate and partner across a complex set of stakeholders with a positive outlook. + Ability to build a strong business case and communicate urgency and engagement to all key stakeholders. + Effectively and consistently navigate ambiguous project environments. + Proven ability to work under pressure. + Ability to influence, motivate, and coach diverse teams to enable work adaptation and drive lasting change. + Experience with MS Office & MSTeams products. + Experience with Organizational Change Management principles and methods, including PROSCI, Captivate, and Enable Now. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience and/or strong interest in workforce planning process, data, & technology. + Knowledge and experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods and practices. + PROSCI certification. + Hands-on experience with change management activities such as change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results, and incorporating feedback into methodology. + Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation, instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc.), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing. + Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, and other digital adoption platforms. + Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and negotiation skills, at all levels in an organization. + Passion to proactively approach difficult problems and leverage excellent facilitation and presentation skills. + Ability to understand complex information with ease and create organizational structure to simplify and align resources and material. + Demonstrated success leading change management for complex technology projects. + Experience driving change management from an end user perspective (i.e., persona development). + Continuous learner that integrates change management best practices into ways of working. + Experience and/or strong interest in change management principles, processes, methodologies, and the 'people side of change'. Work Environment This position is remote. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $100.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
