What You’ll Be Doing
At Cadmus, we guide organizations through transformational changes in direction, culture, technology and process improvement. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team including professionals in change management, strategic communications, and program/project management. Our clients include federal government agencies, and for-profit organizations seeking guidance during organizational change. You will participate in ensuring that stakeholder groups across the organization are informed, supported, and ready for future changes. Your work may include conducting cultural assessments, implementing changes to organizational design, and proposing and implementing improvements to processes.
The Organizational Change Management Intern opportunity is a 10 week paid Internship beginning June 2025. Interns will be assigned to our Arlington, VA office. This position will be a hybrid with three days in the office, two days remote.

Responsibilities Supporting project teams in integrating change management initiatives into their project plansSupporting strategic tasks like writing change management plansSupporting strategic communications tasks including emails, newsletters, social media and in-person meetingsSupporting tactical tasks like preparing PowerPoint briefings and other deliverables, and meeting designs and recording meeting outcomes Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree programInterest in consulting and change management in the federal environmentsFoundational knowledge of how people and organizations manage changeExcellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including setting priorities and adapting to changes in a time-sensitive, deliverable driven workplaceStrong organizational skills and pays acute attention to detailInitiative and ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in MS Office applicationsCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Permanent Resident or U.S. CitizenAdditional Information:
Interns are eligible to participate in the Cadmus 401(k) program if they are 21 years or older.
The hourly rate for this position will depend on the student's degree level. For undergraduate students the hourly rate is $25 and for graduate students it is $30.
