Team CACI is looking for skilled, innovative, and motivated Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialists to support the Department of the Air Force’s (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) objectives.
The proven successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work within dynamic fast-paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. Must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and Information Technology (IT) system users at all levels.
This position will be hybrid, with at least 3 days a week required on site in Chantilly, VA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Join an OCM Team responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, drive faster adoption, and promote higher ultimate utilization of enterprise IT products and services.Apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities. Apply a change management process and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by an IT project, or process improvement.Support the design, development, delivery, and management of business process reengineering and strategic communications efforts. Design and execute change management assessments.Assess the impact of changes.Identify key stakeholders and stakeholder segments, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness. Provide input, documents requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs. Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Consult, facilitate, and coach project teams. Ensure alignment of project communications with overall strategy and plans. Use various communications media to aid the communications process and works with web teams and other technical resources to maximize the use of technology. Train personnel by conducting either in-person or virtual, classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.Plan and lead major information technology assignments and projects.Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.Provide OCM technical leadership and cross-training to peers in areas of expertise. Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.Function as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments.Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.Performs the most complex thinking, tasks and may supervise others.Ability to act as daily point of OCM for client.Oversee daily activities of team; identifies and manages coordination with other teams.Leads Sponsorship & Engagement activities; integrates with Governance and Relationship ForumsDelivers OCM Status reports.Performs Risk and Opportunity assessments.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Required: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and maintain eligibilityMA/MS + 10 years recent specialized experience, BA/BS + 15 years recent specializedProven experience implementing OCM in Waterfall/AGILE and hybrid environments while leveraging ITIL expertise as a discipline into a client's release processes Able to act as a resource to team members, participates in team and professional meetings Able to act as an OCM liaison between Release and Deployment teams Experience tracking and assessing data analytics based on speed of adoption, proficiency, and utility metrics over time Able to identify and offer improvements and enhancements to the OCM processes, analyses and methodology and change implementationFlexible – The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness and professionalismMust be able to travel up to 25% (CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for this position).Additional Desired Qualifications:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
