Organizational Design Advisor *Hybrid*
We are seeking an experienced leader with exemplary strategic thinking, relationship management and analytical skills to lead our organization design efforts. The Organization Design Advisor plays a crucial role in advancing business strategy through innovative org design methods aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. In this role you will be accountable for optimizing workforce costs, aligning clear roles & responsibilities, and defining systemwide accountabilities that facilitate improved service delivery. This position requires close collaboration with senior (C-suite) executives and HR leaders and as such will be expected to spend some time onsite on a regular basis and some time remote.
Your expertise will be crucial to define the overarching strategy that Providence uses to improve organization effectiveness across Providence, and identifying immediate and longer-term strategic changes needed to increase capacity, value and accelerate results within affordable and sustainable cost. By developing executive-level insights and data visualizations, you will build compelling cases that enable transformational organization change and define scalable, creative and forward-looking "blueprints" that reduce complexity across Providence and its family of organizations. You will accelerate design strategies and changes that improve organizational health, including spans and layers, and aligned roles & responsibilities and partner closely with our workforce intelligence, optimization and talent effectiveness teams to ensure robust short and long- term design goals are met.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field 10 or more years Organization design 10 or more years experience in developing strategic designs, service line plans, business plans and operating modelsPreferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field 5 years experience interacting with c-suite executives and/or governing boards 8 years Healthcare Industry experienceSalary Range by Location:
