Position Description:

The Organizational Development Facilitator serves as an internal consultant and provides organizational development services to Hensel Phelps leadership and staff. The role will include group facilitation, leadership assessment and development, performance coaching, change management efforts, and developing and analyzing metrics.

 

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field of study. Valid Driver’s License. 2-3 years of experience in a consulting or facilitation role. Adept in managing large groups and experienced in coaching to performance. Knowledge of learning and development technique, theories, methods, materials, and programs. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change within teams. Team player and ability to build strong relationships. Willingness to adapt based on business needs.

 

Essential Duties:

Deliver engaging, interactive training to employees through various programs. Partner with and rely upon coaches and subject matter experts to relay best practices and organizational knowledge utilized in the industry. Track and document performance according to required metrics, as well as having corresponding performance conversations. Prepare for training sessions by ensuring that materials have been prepared and logistical information has been communicated according to required training playbooks. Work closely with others, internally and externally, on the creation of training curriculum and documentation. Use metrics as benchmarks and offer evidence of the effectiveness of the training and organizational change. Measure post training performance gaps to identify opportunities for continuous improvement with an emphasis on achieving performance results.

 

Compensation Range (Colorado Only)

Salary Range: $55,860 - $61,740

As a result, salaried employees are eligible for paid time off beginning upon hire. Salaried positions (project engineers and above) participate in an annual bonus plan, subject to company and employee performance. Salaried employees (this is all salaried employees) are also eligible for a company cell phone or cell phone allowance in accordance with company policy. Further, salaried employees (project engineers and above) also receive either a vehicle or vehicle allowance in accordance with Hensel Phelps’ policies.   Based on position location, a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) may also be included (subject to periodic review and adjustment).
