Summary: The Organizational Development Associate works in collaboration with the Director of OD, members of the OD Team and internal clients to support the planning, development and implementation of learning and development initiatives that grow the organization’s human capabilities and drive success in the organization’s critical processes. Areas of focus include individual skill development, team-building and collaboration, leadership development and supervisory “toolkits”, coaching and mentoring programs, communication and employee engagement, regulatory (healthy and safety) training, formal training and education, and non-clinical IT applications. Salary range is $51,920 to $65,219.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or
2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
