Organizational Development Consultant

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, days; Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid role. When in person, you will work at 7974 UW HEALTH CT, Madison, WI.

Come design, develop, and deliver education for the #1 hospital in Wisconsin. 

We are seeking a Organizational Development Consultant to: 

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-funcational teams on talent and organizational development processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent profiles, individual development plans, and other inititiatives that advance the culture of the organization. Collaborate closely with Human Resources teams and other internal partners to facilitate change management initiatives and review current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals and strategic imperatives. Implement evaluation methods to assess the impact of Talent & Organizational Development department programs and projects. Prepare and present on project outcomes, development initiatives and organizational performance, while using data and feedback to continuously improve strategies and programs. Manage multiple projects effectively using project management methodology by managing scope, roles, deliverables, and timelines across multiple departments and stakeholders. Deliver education through a variety of instructional methods including live webinar, web-based/online learning, blended learning and curriculum packaging, classroom sessions and other team learning requests using design principles and standards.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, organizational communication, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Required Master's Degree in adult education, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, or related field. Preferred Work Experience 2 years of organizational training and education experience Required 2 years of relevant human resources, direct leadership or consulting experience and experience in at least 3 of the 5 following areas: 1) Effective Instructional design experience working with learning technologies such as developing eLearning courses, conducting webinars, or other online course development and delivery experience. 2) Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects and working with subject matter experts and stakeholders. 3) Experience facilitating group trainings. 4) Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs. 5) Experience with core talent management.
