Position Summary: The Organizational Development (OD) Data Specialist serves in the data processing function for the Organizational Development and Information Technology Departments, including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive data into learning management systems and electronic personnel files. In addition, the OD Data Specialist is responsible for general maintenance of the ad-hoc and scheduled reports for Epic training and serving as a resource for departmental tasks and special projects.
Essential Functions:
• Ensures the highest level of accuracy for data entered the Epic training data stream report to ensure successful data audits.
• Audits data entry in learning management system on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.
• Responsible for accurately converting historical performance assessment and competency validation scanning into the document imaging system; this includes organizing and archiving documents, assessing scanning quality, making sure documents are legible, cataloging files, and helping to retrieve documents as necessary.
• Point of contact for accessing historical performance files uploaded to imaging system
• Creates standard or ad-hoc reports out of learning management system and other data systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting guidelines. Participate in the creation of new queries and reports as needed.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
