Job Description Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our Learning & Development (L&D) organization. The OD Specialist will play a critical role in shaping and executing talent management processes, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing talent mapping, succession planning, performance management cycles, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee and facilitate corporate talent mapping processes to identify high-potential employees and key talent gaps.  Develop and implement innovative talent management strategies to empower leaders to action talent mapping recommendations  Drive the implementation and execution of succession planning strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.  Manage mid-year and end-of-year performance review cycles, partnering with HRBPs to ensure timely and meaningful evaluations.  Develop and refine talent management frameworks to align individual goals with organizational objectives.  Conduct data-driven analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of talent processes and identify opportunities for improvement.  Lead change management initiatives related to talent and organizational development, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.  Develop communication plans to engage and inform employees about OD initiatives. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
