Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management Lead

The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management Lead to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As an Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic change management, organizational design, and high performing teams (HPT) strategy for the enterprise in collaboration with senior leaders, Talent Management, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders across Delaware North.  The role is accountable for driving organizational change efforts, building skills and capabilities, and empowering both people leaders and team members to embrace and adopt change. In addition, this role is responsible for implementing common enterprise-wide change management, org design and HPT processes, programs and tools across the business ensuring alignment to strategic objectives to achieve adoption, alignment and transformation. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 – $129,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? Develop and implement enterprise-level change managementm organization design and high-performing team strategies, balancing business needs with stakeholder expectations  Partner with human resources and business leaders to assess organizational design, identify change opportunities, and implement solutions that drive adoption and effectiveness  Lead the execution of change initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, impact assessments, risk mitigation, and resistance management  Provide coaching, training, and consulting on change management, high performing team methodologies, and organizational effectiveness to enhance leadership and team capabilities  Establish metrics to measure ROI, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in change management, organizational design, and high performing team practices across Delaware North 

More about you Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial psychology, organizational development, organizational effectiveness training and development, business management, or a related field; master’s degree in a related field is preferred  Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, change management, talent management, or business transformation, including enterprise-wide initiatives in complex, global organizations  Expertise in organizational change management and high-performing team methodologies, principles, and best practices  Proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives and business or technology transformations while partnering with senior leadership  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose organizational challenges, identify opportunities, and implement effective change strategies  Proficiency in HCM systems such as Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio  Professional certifications such as PMP, Prosci, SHRM-SCP, and ASTD preferred as well as familiarity with team assessment and feedback tools such as DiSC and coaching frameworks 

This position can work remote if not located in Buffalo, NY and does require between 25-50% global travel.
