What You Will Do:
The Organizational Sustainability Coach will join Guidehouse to support a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. The client is transitioning to a new project management and operating model after completing a multi-year effort to modernize and restructure the Department’s public affairs sections at overseas embassies and consulates.
As a Guidehouse Organizational Sustainability Coach supporting this effort, you will join a team passionate about serving clients around the globe.
Day to day, you will:
Provide coaching for public affairs sections in support and sustainment of organizational change
Develop and provide coaching sessions, team building, and change management support for staff across all embassies and consulates adapting to the organizational change
Provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous customer service
Bridge cultural and language barriers while working with clients where English may be a second language
What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree
TWO (2) years of experience in leadership and management coach and TWO (2) years of experience in executing, implementing and sustaining organizational restructuring
Ability to travel internationally to any located requested
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
State Department experience (or other international agency)
Prior consulting experience
Ability to clearly and succinctly define problems and design solutions
Ability to view problems from multiple angles and apply a variety of solutions to solving them
Ability to participate in and lead client-facing discussions and meetings
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
