Job Family: Training professionals provide education and development opportunities to others. They create and deliver training programs, coach and mentor individuals, and design learning strategies aimed at improving performance. Training professionals must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in areas such as leadership development, technical skills, and process improvement.
Job Summary: The Organizational Training Partner is responsible for owning and overseeing training across a variety of roles within a business unit. This role focuses on coaching, developing team members, creating and revising training materials, and ensuring the effectiveness of business and technical training for both new hires and current employees.
Location: This position is fully onsite at our facility in Amherst, NY.
Schedule: Regular Hours will be Monday -Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm; This position does require flexibility with hours. Occasionally there will be evening shifts if we have a night time class, and possible weekend days if needed.
Compensation: This position is typically brought in around $25/hr. The full pay range is $24.61-$39.39/hr (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coach and develop team members across various roles within the business unit Develop and facilitate team-building exercises and meetings Support and mentor junior trainers Train new trainers on company policies and procedures Create learning resources, including training plans, handouts, and visual aids Revise and update training programs to reflect changes within the business unit Facilitate the implementation of business and technical training for new hires and current employees Plan, organize, and execute a range of training activities for the business unit Present information using diverse instructional methods, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, and lectures Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements Serve as a resource for employees across the business unit, fielding questions about training topics Perform other duties as assigned Regular and reliable attendanceRequirements:
