Develop a clear ambition and growth strategies across; Modern Trade, E-com (B2C) and Away from Home channels.Develop customer relationships across all appropriate organizational levels.Develop and execute customer level growth strategies, within Key Accounts.Ensure timely development of “Annual contracts” across all customers. Ensure progressive increase of; conditionality, monitoring and management of contract terms. Evolve “Annual contracts” to JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan) and Category Management with top customers.Manage day to day operations to drive executional excellence; deliver operational KPIs, share gain and financial targets.Develop organizational capabilities across; people, systems and process operating with a continuous improvement mindset.What you need to know about this position:
Ability to define a clear vision, clear strategy and the transformational leadership to drive change. Customer-facing experience in FMCGStrong communication, influencing, negotiation and executive presence.Ability to build collaborative relationships; internally, within distributor and customers.Excellent level of English and ArabicWhat extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Job specific requirements:
Minimum of10-13 years of Modern Trade experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector. Experience in the confectionery or food industry is highly desirableTravel requirements:
