ORIENTATION ATTENDANT POSITION Commitment to being an Orientation Attendant is vital to creating a strong and successful experience for the AMDA incoming students.  Primary Responsibilities:Tracking students' attendance on Zoom and in-personTracking progress on Canvas to make sure all assignments are completedEncouraging students to attend all seminars and activitiesBe a liaison between the Orientation Team and the studentsHelp guide students through their online and in-person OrientationWeekly Meetings with incoming students and the Orientation TeamAttending Orientation seminars and sessions to support the incoming students Assist Orientation Coordinator in setting up and breaking down roomsAssist in bag and folder preparation for Orientation check-in Qualifications:Must be in good standing with the school as an AlumMust be able to lift 30lbsMust be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hourKnowledge of working with a tablet.Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Position Information: The pay range for this position is hourly $16.This position is subject to a background check upon a conditional offer of employment and a reference check.Will need to wear black pants for all orientationThe schedule for this role is as follows:(Required Availability) October 3rd – October 20th (Virtual Training) October 3rd(In-person Training) October 14th (Virtual Orientation) October 8th- October 11th (In-person Orientation) October 14th – October 20th The dates provided are when availability is required.
