Overview The Orientation Specialist works directly under Director of Education assisting with New Hire Orientation classes, as well as continuing education. The Orientation Specialist participates in professional development programs and performance improvement activities. Wage range: $18 - $30, varies based on experience and licensure. Responsibilities Hours: Full Time Monday- Friday 10 AM to 7 PM. This is a Hybrid position, 50% of the hours will be in orientation, and 50% will be in an ambulance/Medicar. + Educators are required to occasionally go up in service to keep skills sharp. + Educators are required to instruct our monthly annual refresher. + Educators may be required to work outside the normal schedule.
