Orientation Specialist - IMC
Overview The Orientation Specialist works directly under Director of Education assisting with New Hire Orientation classes, as well as continuing education. The Orientation Specialist participates in professional development programs and performance improvement activities. Wage Rage: $18 - $30, varies on experience and licensure Responsibilities Hours: Full Time Monday- Friday 10 AM to 7 PM. This is hybrid position classroom/field, meaning 50% of the hours will be spent in orientation, and 50% in an ambulance/Medicar. Educators are required to occasionally go up in service to keep skills sharp. Educators are required to instruct our monthly annual refresher. Educators may be required to work outside the normal schedule.
