As the Origination Specialist, you are the first point of contact for all incoming referrals, including calls from patients and referral sources. As a part of our scheduling team, you will be responsible for handling outgoing scheduling calls and responding to incoming calls in a call center environment. You will manage all phone interactions with grace and swiftness using a smiling voice—the goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Job Duties:
Organize incoming referralsMake outgoing scheduling callsAnswer incoming calls from the scheduling queueCreate appointments in EMRCollect and verify current demographic and insurance informationProvide exceptional customer service at all times
