**Mig Welder/Ornamental Fabricator** **1st Shift Direct Hire - $26/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Ornamental Fabricator with the ability to layout, fit, fabricate, and weld from engineered drawings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding and have experience working with steel and aluminum. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Experience with steel and aluminum fabrication. + Ability to work from engineered drawings. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Self-motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with structural steel welding. + Proficiency with basic hand tools, including tape measures and digital calipers. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $54080.00/yr.
