**Description** **Specialization:** Orthopaedic Surgery of the Hand **Job Summary:** **Job Description:** Group is seeking an orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join their practice in the Florida Panhandle area. **Qualified Candidates:** + Must be board certified or board eligible in orthopaedics. + Must be fellowship-trained in hand surgery. + Elbow and below desired, but not required. Replants not required. + Must be willing to perform hand and general orthopaedic surgery. + The practice is willing to consider an exceptional Fellow coming out of training. **Opportunity:** + Practice call split evenly among physician group. + Minority or equally shared hand call at the hospital’s level II Trauma ER. Call is compensated separately + Base salary guarantee, benefits package and moving allowance. + After guarantee period, production model with bonus capability. + Possible fellowship stipend available. + Track to partnership, real estate and Ambulatory Surgery Center buy-in.
