SUMMARY

System Program Manager role dedicated to spine and geriatric fracture. This role will be responsible for regulatory, program development, data analytics and reporting patient and staff education. This role will have on-site responsibilities at each of the acute care affiliates. The position will be instrumental in ensuring quality metrics and outcomes are achieved.

Consistently functions as clinical resource and professional leader for Orthopedics with focus on Total Joint Replacement patients.

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Riedman Campus

DEPARTMENT: Orthopedics

SCHEDULE: M-F Days

ATTRIBUTES

RN-BSN. 

5 years of acute hospital care experience preferred.

4-5 years’ experience in inpatient orthopedic setting.

1 year supervisory or program coordination experience preferred. 

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Requires problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills.

Ability to recognize and manage emergencies.

Strong knowledge of specific chronic care regimen.

Registered in NYS as a Registered Professional Nurse. 

Orthopaedic Nurse certification preferred.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
