Job Posting Title: Orthopedic Technician Location: Frisco - Ambulatory Surgical Center Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday Part-Time 9:00am-3:00pm Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities + Conduct casting placement and removal + Conduct traction setup and alignment of extremities + Assist Orthopedic Surgeons as needed in inpatient and outpatient care settings + Take patient measurements to fit for wheelchairs + Enter information regarding patient orders and charges into the computer system + Maintain all needed supplies for casting + Performs other duties as needed Required Skills/Abilities + High school diploma or equivalent required + Orthopedic Technologist certification is preferred; relevant previous experience may be accepted + Orthopedic casting experience and fracture care experience preferred + BLS certification required + CPR certification required At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood.
