Summary

Nation's Home Medical Equipment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lifebridge Health Partners, is a full service Durable Medical Equipment company, offering a wide variety of home health services to the MD, DC, and Northern Virginia markets. We service patients at our Owings Mills office, in their homes, and at other healthcare facilities.   JOB SUMMARY: Ensure medical braces, prosthetic limbs, arch supports and other medical devices fit properly Monitor patients over time and make changes to devices as needed Obtain patient demographic, clinical information, verify patient insurance and collect deductibles and co pay, as applicable

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced degree of manual dexterity and ability to closely follow detailed instructions. Must be certified Orthotic Fitter. Minimum one year of experience Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and electronic Must be able to operate complex machinery Excellent customer service skills Familiarity with DME industry Ability to retain professional certification Ability to use computers, mobile devices, applications and software, including Microsoft Office 365 and the company's EMR. Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm Must have valid MD Driver's license Woks in the field at LifeBridge Health facilities (Northwest and Carroll Hospitals, Foundry Row in Owings Mills)
