Job Description Under general supervision of the Terminal Manager or Office Manager, and functional supervision by the RCPM (Regional Claims Prevention Manager) has primary responsibility for OS&D. Investigate and resolves freight exceptions such as overages, shortages, damages, refused, and unmarked freight. **Preferred Qualifications:** ​ + Minimum 1 year of Transportation experience + OS&D experience + Customer service experience + Good analytical skills + Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Knowledge of AS400 system Pay Rate: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience **Benefits** At Saia, your success is our success!
