BlackHorse a Parsons Company is looking for subject matter experts to join our industry-leading cadre of instructors who are passionate about helping our DOD, IC and Commercial customers solve some of their most difficult problems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all DOD and NATO units worldwide. This may include training of soldiers, conscripts, civilians, and contractors.
In this position, you will:
Instruct and facilitate modules leading to student achievement of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT and Operational PAI) training objectives.Conduct student evaluations, provides student feedback, and provides remedial instruction.Research, plan, develop, evaluate, and update lessons, courseware, develop and grade OSIR’s, create CONOP’s, OPORD’s and student instructional materials in coordination with our Programs of Instruction (POI) Development Manager.It doesn’t matter if you majored in history, physics, or psychology as long as you are dedicated to continuously refining your craft and helping the team improve. Looking for Army 18’s, 35’s, 37’s, 38’s, 17’s, and any of the other SOCOM component Intelligence, IO, Targeting, CI or Special Operations folks or personnel with Cyber Security Degrees.
A few qualifications and experience we need:
Bachelor’s degree in any field of study. Candidates that can show extensive work related to the above opportunity may substitute the degree requirement.Up to 3 years of experience providing all source or open-source analytical support to government and military customers (in the intelligence or special operations community helpful but not required)Experience with training delivery, training technology, curriculum development, and/or training supportAbility to use Open-Source data sources and Publicly Available Information (PAI) to conduct research, analysis and build productsUnderstanding of safe research techniques, basic internet security, and common commercial and Government analytical toolsAbility to synthesize large sets of data into concise reports and develop and present intelligence briefings.Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to learn new material, apply it, and adapt instruction techniques to varying skill levels.TS Clearance SCI EligibleMilitary Experience 10 plus years may be used to substitute certain educational requirements.Be Familiar with the Following:

Work location: Fort Liberty (Bragg), NC area with up to 25-35% travel both in the US and abroad. We have a first in class PTO/Leave program for all training cadre that makes up for the potential travel which is up to not a definite 40% which changes year to year based on contracts.
