Mountain Ltd. has an opening for an OSP Construction Coordinator in Austin, TX.

Overview:

The OSP Construction Coordinator will manage workflows, permitting, and interface with clients/customers. This role will also require outside plant field engineering in the Austin market as needed. The ideal candidate will be articulate and able to handle a lot of work-in-progress projects with the ability to adapt to changes quickly.

Responsibilities:

Works weekly - M - F, 40 hours a week in the Austin office.  Good knowledge of OSP Construction and Engineering.  Performs pre-construction field inspections, walkouts, and site visits. Works with various entities to resolve issues.  Assign work to our construction crews, and set due dates and completion timelines.  Review construction packages, permits, and documentation of assigned projects to ensure quality and compliance are met.  Responsible for preparing detailed work prints, writing Job Cost estimates, and creating a bill of materials (BOM).  Performs field review and post-inspection to ensure the quality of work.  Maintains records and documents for each assigned project. Updates our project management tool, with our proprietary tool weekly.  Responsible for forecasting and reporting throughout each month. Works with company managers to support duties in the market.  7-year background in OSP Construction and Engineering PPE complaint on all job sites. Requirements: Extensive experience in OSP construction practices and engineering Travel may be required to areas surrounding Austin, TX Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
