What You Will Do
Forescout Technologies is seeking a dynamic and strategic OT Alliances Director to lead our efforts in building and expanding partnerships within the Operational Technology (OT) cyber security landscape. This role will focus on developing alliances with key industrial manufacturers and partners, such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson, Schneider Electric, and Johnson Controls, to enhance our market presence and drive joint business initiatives. As the OT Alliances Director, you will leverage your deep expertise in OT cyber security and industrial ecosystems to establish and grow relationships, drive strategic partner programs, and support revenue generation. Your background in OT cyber security, combined with a proven track record in working with industrial partners, will be crucial for success in this role. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute the overall OT alliance strategy, focusing on building strategic partnerships with leading industrial manufacturers (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Emerson, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls). Identify, engage, and manage key partners within the OT landscape to enhance Forescout's market position and drive joint go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to develop joint value propositions, partner programs, and go-to-market strategies that align with Forescout's objectives. Drive business development activities with partners, including co-marketing, co-selling, and joint solution development. Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights on OT cyber security trends, technologies, and Forescout's solutions to build deep, strategic relationships. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of alliance programs, including revenue generation, market penetration, and partner satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of the OT cyber security market, including competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs. Represent Forescout at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote alliance initiatives and thought leadership in OT security. What You Bring to Forescout

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in building and managing partnerships within the OT cyber security domain, with a strong focus on working with industrial manufacturers (Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Emerson, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, etc.). OT Cyber Security Knowledge: Deep understanding of OT environments, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and the specific cyber security challenges within these settings. Partner Management: Proven experience in developing and managing alliances with large industrial partners, including strategy development, program execution, and relationship management. Business Acumen: Strong business development and strategic planning skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue through partnerships. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with OT cyber security technologies and solutions, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with partners and customers. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels within the organization and partner ecosystem. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support alliance activities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with Forescout or similar OT security vendors. Existing network of relationships within the OT partner ecosystem. Experience in managing global partnerships and alliances.
