Part of Strategy & Technology, Group Security is Nokia’s central knowledge center responsible for Nokia’s cyber security policies and standards, the cyber security architecture and roadmap, and the monitoring, alerting of security incidents. We partner with the Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions on product security, customer security, and interact with governments on security regulations. Together we take care of Nokia’s security culture, processes, systems, products and services to position Nokia as a trusted partner for the 5G era and beyond.

For this position you’ll be part of Business Security team. Business Security drives Nokia-wide security initiatives for business environments. It includes among others the protection of critical company data and secure engagements with 3rd parties. Business Security partners with business stakeholders to understand and assess business security risks and to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

This role focuses on supporting Nokia’s Manufacturing and Repair Organization, which has specific requirements on operational availability and efficiencies.
 

You have:

Demonstrated ability to assess, design and implement OT security solutions Strong expertise in OT security, networking concepts and architectural implementations Deep understanding of an OT operational environment Ability to effectively communicate, and report, at different organizational levels Demonstrated ability to take a project or significant feature from concept to completion High proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Strong and creative problem-solving abilities Ability to convey technical security concepts to a non-technical audience Relevant security certifications (such as IEC/ISA 62443)

Offer security expertise based on your strong technology insight and knowledge about relevant information and OT security threats Identify the security needs of the different business teams across Nokia Propose, assess, and implement the optimal solution for identified security needs Support the business teams in becoming compliant with the Nokia Security Policies Create a close relationship with your business counterparts
