Key Responsibilities

As an Operational Technology (OT) Security Administrator, you will act as a liaison between Honeywell Global Security and ISC Factory and Manufacturing Engineering, to support and manage OT equipment and applications within manufacturing.

\n\nOperational Technology (OT) System Security and operations\n\nImplement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect OT systems from potential threats or vulnerabilities.\nRequest and renew Firewall rules for OT systems\nPlan and manage the lifecycle of OT security infrastructure, including regular updates, upgrades, and decommissioning of outdated systems to maintain a secure operational environment.\nProvide technical support for OT systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration changes.\n\n\nOT Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Management\n\nConduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in OT systems and infrastructure.\nImplement vulnerability management programs that prioritize remediation efforts based on criticality and impact on operations.\nMonitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks in real-time, ensuring the resilience of critical systems.\nDevelop and maintain incident response plans tailored to OT environments.\nLead and coordinate responses to security incidents affecting OT systems, including detection, containment, mitigation, and recovery efforts.\n\n\nCollaboration and Communication\n\nCollaborate with global IT, Security, engineering teams, production managers, quality assurance, Corporate Enterprise Architecture teams and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective OT system solutions.\nCollaborate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the OT systems.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.\n\n\nCompliance and Documentation:\n\nEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all aspects of OT system design, implementation, and operation.\nDocument current state and maintain changing site architecture, drive standards\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, standard operating procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.\nDevelop and lead OT-specific cybersecurity training programs for operators, engineers, and other personnel.\n\n\n\n

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $123,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n5 or more years of experience working in IT/OT/Cyber security and/or Engineering with a focus on supporting Operational Technology and manufacturing systems security, including hands-on implementation level understanding of key security technologies and controls (e.g. remote access, access control, firewalls, anti-malware, patch management, encryption technologies, etc.).\nKnowledge of OT technologies and security, such as SCADA, process control systems, MES, industrial networks, Purdue model, and related protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, TCP/IP). \nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English, collaboration, and stakeholder skills.\nWorking knowledge of the following: IEC 62443/ISA 99, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82 and CMMC.\n\n

\n\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.\nAdvanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. \nKnowledge in analyzing IT/OT and Operational Technology architecture to identify security gaps and crafting solutions.\nGood understanding of the security landscape and cybersecurity principles including trends in process, tooling, and threats, best practices.\nUnderstanding of cloud, virtualized environments, and emerging digital capabilities.\nDemonstrable track record of working within large projects and leading multiple competing priorities.\nResults Orientated with a Sense of Urgency.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to network, interface, and influence at all levels of the organization and cross-functionally.\nStrong leadership skills and demonstrable ability to influence/collaborate to get to the desired result.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, data analytics, and optimization techniques. \nExceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation and change. \nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. \n\n
