Job Description & Summary

his is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing OT team, leading ICS/OT security engagements for our clients in the critical infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.
In this role, you will assess, identify, and develop security solutions for OT environments. Responsibilities include helping clients understand their OT security posture, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions. Assessments include security frameworks, existing security measures and alignment with best practices. In addition, you’ll have the chance to pursue the largest and most complicated opportunities to solve our clients’ OT security challenges. This includes delivering OT target operating models, complex solution architecture, deploying OT specific security tools and delivering managed OT SOCs and incident response.

- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working with ICS technologies and/or environments on one or more of the following: SCADA, DCS, EMS, DMS, ADMS, PCN, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, etc. Manufacturing Execution Systems (Data historians, EBR, OEE, SAP), ISA Standards (ISA 99/IEC62443, S95, S88) and Communication networks and protocols (Serial, Profibus, Ethernet)- Experience working with cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following:  vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring, etc.- Problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills- Experience of leading and working with diverse teams- Keep abreast with the latest technology trends and predictions in the OT and Manufacturing world- Experience deploying and managing leading OT security tooling and solutions- Ability to drive the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts for clients- Able to effectively communicate, interact and influence business and operational stakeholders and partners- Ability to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes- Experience conducting assessing against global standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS etc.- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) are beneficial.

'- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field- Minimum of 5-7 years’ work experience in Manufacturing environments or Operational Technology Security- Expertise on securing OT network architecture- Experience as an Automation / Controls Engineer / OT Network Engineer- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate and excellent consulting skills- Ability to interact with technical experts and decision makers- Fluent English, additional languages a bonusDeliver complex OT security transformation projects-Work with Manufacturing Sites, Engineering and IT teams to analyse existing OT architecture- Analyse, define and implement new structures for existing OT Firewall VLAN’s to ensure they align to defined internal segmentation principles- Develop & implement secure reference architectures for standard services and applications within the OT environment- Deploy security technology within OT environments- Analyze OT incidents through investigation and technical analysis such as PCAP
