As an & Other Stories Store Manager you are an inspirational leader and brand ambassador who is responsible to drive sales and customer experience. You lead and develop your team by using our Values. You oversee and own all functions within your store.
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
Sales and profitability
Establishes, monitors, and follows up on sales goals, plans and budgets to optimize profit
Takes action to maximize sales through joint commercial and operational focus
Strong knowledge and understanding of the market and customer to make local adaptions
Good understanding of how to drive sales multi-channel
Manages stock levels to maximize selling
Develops team to ensure knowledge of all product, display guidelines and merchandise information
Ensures garment presentation and visual standards are presented according to expectations
Plans, coordinates and follows up on all campaign set ups, concept upkeep, activities and promotions
Responsible for driving an organic premium customer service experience at all times
Leads by example and coaches staff in the moment to premium customer service expectations
Operations
Responsible for securing all operational routines within the store
Oversees and ensures proper staff planning and scheduling
Upkeeps logistic standards of stockrooms and merchandise, including reductions and transfers
Adheres to our Values, policies and procedures as outlined in company handbook
Leadership
Manages, recruits, on boards, trains and develops the team and keeps an overview of succession planning
Organizes and distributes the work of team, sets priorities and keeps an overview of the tasks to be accomplished
Creates a positive and motivating team environment and acts on Employee Relations concerns
Supports the team on the shop floor as needed
Is straight forward and open minded including when receiving and sharing feedback
Financial Accountability:
Establishes and oversees plans, budgets and variable costs for store; works with comparable sales to last year, sales to budget and future sales trends to maximize profitability

QualificationsMinimum Candidate Qualifications:
At least-3 years of retail management experience or comparable management experience
Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance
Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool

Strong garment presentation skills with the ability to drive the business through creativity and fashion knowledge

This position's annual starting range is $86,024.64 - $96,777.72
