JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\tProvide tire service on large equipment primarily at customer locations (mines, quarries, ports, and construction sites). \n\tRespond quickly to dispatches and provide reliable, courteous, and professional service.\n\tCommunicate with customers and dispatch. \n\n

\nEDUCATION \n\n\n\tHigh School Degree or GED\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tMust be over 21 years of age.\n\tMinimum of two years’ experience in the tire and/or construction industry.\n\tDemonstrated technical knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, and tools to perform, prioritize, and complete work in safe manner.\n\tValid CDL Class B/A Driver’s License.\n\tValid MSHA certification (provided by your employer).\n\tKnowledge in the safe operation of all assigned tools, equipment, and proper usage of both.\n\tMust have acceptable MVR, Drug Test, and pass DOT physical.\n\tCapable of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems.\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.\n\tAbility to identify, inspect, and replace necessary parts as needed to execute the job at hand.\n\tAbility to read, understand, and interpret technical data via instruction manuals.\n\tWillingness to occasionally work after hours or on weekends when asked. \n\tWork independently but must be willing assist others.\n\tDesire to perform above and beyond the requirements set forth in this job description. \n\tMust adhere to McCarthy Tire Service policies and standards.\n\n
\nSAFETY REQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tPerform all safety related items as per the Employee Safety Manual.\n\tLearn and maintain all lifting procedures and safe working environment.\n\tLearn and maintain all PM’s and ensure daily performance check on vehicle.\n\tReport all accidents and incidents immediately upon them taking place to direct supervisor.\n\n
