** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Outage Coordinator to fill a nine-month assignment in the Juliette, GA area.

Job Title: Outage Coordinator

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field 10-15 years of experience in outage coordination and management, with a proven track record of coordinating complex projects
Key Responsibilities:

Outage Planning: Collaborate with senior management and project leaders to develop a strategic outage scheduling plan that aligns with organizational goals
Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance
Critical Path Management: Identify and manage the critical path of the outage, ensuring that critical tasks are executed on schedule to prevent project delays
Progress Monitoring: Continuously update and analyze outage project schedules, tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and providing proactive solutions to maintain project timelines
Resource Leveling: Optimize resource allocation to prevent resource overallocation or under allocation, ensuring a balanced workload across projects
Change Management: Assess and incorporate changes to outage schedules, evaluating their impact on project timelines and coordinating change communications
Quality Assurance: Ensure project activities adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and organizational guidelines
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior outage coordinators, sharing best practices and helping develop their skills
