Supply ChainPOSITION SUMMARY
Provides professional, respectful, friendly and high quality customer service and excellent communications to all internal and external customers with regard to department supply orders. Processes all incoming client supply and department orders, assuring they are accurately picked, packed, confirmed and delivered in a timely manner. Responsible for all functions related to stocking, record keeping and distribution of all materials. Takes inventory count and distributes all items to proper location. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years’ previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations.
Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relations with a diverse internal team and external customer base.
Hazardous Materials certification upon employment or within six (6) months of hire.
Forklift certification upon employment or within six (6) months of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or higher level of education. One-year previous supply management experience within healthcare, clinical or diagnostic laboratory industry.
One year experience in direct customer facing role.
Basic skill-level in MS Excel.
