Job Description
Under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager, the Parts Lead performs a variety of warehouse duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. This non-supervisory position involves tasks such as Parts Pick & Pack outbound, receiving, putting away, inventory cycle counts, and maintaining bin locations.
ResponsibilitiesPick parts orders according to sales orders and delivery notes.Manage the department utilizing best practices in inventory management and ergonomic methods to receive and pick/pack products.Label and verify each outbound shipment and check all items for accuracy.Prepare stable loads and package cartons for damage-free shipping, incorporating ergonomic practices where appropriate.Notify the manager when discrepancies occur, over-shipments or substitutions have been made.Accurately pick products and count all items, verifying with packing lists in a timely manner.Accurately and concisely decipher sales orders, delivery notes, bills of lading, and all other associated documentation.Essential SkillsProficiency in SAP.Experience in warehouse production.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with shipping processes.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
