Compensation
The compensation target range for this role is:

The general responsibilities of the Outbound Logistics Wholesale Specialist is to coordinate and communicate with Sales, Fulfillment, Transportation, and Yard Management teams to ensure that all orders for Purple’s Wholesale customers are fulfilled in a complete and timely fashion according to Purple Wholesale Customer’s needs.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with Fulfillment and Transportation teams to ensure that each Customer’s orders are shipped and received on time through correct planning, organization, and coordination.
Work with and report to Outbound Logistics Wholesale Supervisor on specific customer requirements.
Liaison between Sales, Fulfillment, Transportation, & the Customer’s DC/Stores as needed.
Understand Inventory levels & communicate with Sales accordingly to adjust SLA as needed upfront.
Manage Outbound Wholesale Customer orders to meet shipment specs, coordinate shipping schedules, and maintain Wholesale Customer’s Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Understand Purple’s products and how to palletize, organize, co-load & plan loads to decide most effective shipment methods.
Work closely with transportation and have general understanding of different shipping methods and transit times, to coordinate Wholesale order to meet shipping timelines in an efficient manner.
Review all Wholesale Open Orders for designated customers for accuracy, to minimize issues and slowdowns in the fulfillment and transportation processes.
Work closely with Outbound Logistics Wholesale Supervisor on outbound operations to improve inefficiencies.
Assist Outbound Logistics Wholesale Supervisor in onboarding new customers.
Be comfortable scheduling delivery appts when necessary.
Troubleshoot issues with Wholesale Customers and specific Transportation needs.
LOGISTICS WHOLESALE COORDINATOR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 Years of experience with some college preferred
Organized - Strong organizational and time management skills
Communication - Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem Solver – Solve inefficiencies both up and down the Supply Chain.
Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for actions.
Reliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.
Responsible - Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct.
