As an Outbound Market Research Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in cold-calling, screening, and scheduling potential research candidates. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our recruitment processes. The position requires excellent communication and strong organizational skills. Primary duties in this role include recruiting and generating participants for client market research projects with the utmost integrity and professionalism, screening candidates and following up on leads, and conducting research to identify potential participants including targeted web searches. Duties and responsibilities + Recruit, manage projects and understand a sense of urgency and production balance with excellent customer service, quality, and professionalism + Ensure that data collected is reliable and valid; that the work performed falls within the framework of the project’s schedule of work + Achieve set metrics such as recruiting and participation goals, number of calls, and other pertinent metrics Desired Skills + Time management, project follow up and follow through, overcome objections and closing strategies. + Follows procedures and policy + Ability to build rapport with gatekeepers and potential participants + Positive and enthusiastic self-starter and team player + Data tracking as you go – able to type 45+ words per minute + Past telemarketing experience demonstrating the ability to organize yourself and make the required call volume consistently each day + Must be self-motivated and goal orientated + Strong interpersonal communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality + Ability to work in a fast paced, people intensive work environment + Process multiple projects simultaneously + Being proficient in MS Office Schedule + Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with the potential to move to 8:00am to 4:00pm Post Date: 12.04.2024 Salary: $20.00 /hr - $22.00 /hr Shift: 1st Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
