Role Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in generating a robust sales pipeline and driving revenue through strategic outbound campaigns. Your mission is to connect with prospects via multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media, to identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads. You will work closely with a team of industry sales specialists to deliver Oracle��s industry-specific solutions to new clients, making you the face of Oracle to many potential customers.

What You'll Do:

Generate High-Impact Leads: Connect with prospective clients to generate leads that convert into meaningful revenue opportunities. Expand Market Presence: Drive growth by acquiring new clients and increasing market share. Collaborate Globally: Work as a team player, sharing best practices and collaborating with colleagues across the globe. Research and Intelligence: Conduct thorough research to understand your accounts and industry, providing valuable insights and opportunities. Engage and Qualify: Identify and address prospective customer needs by understanding their business challenges and engaging with key decision-makers. Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop a deep understanding of the One Oracle stack and GIU solutions to provide expert guidance to prospects. Strategize and Execute: Partner with sales and marketing teams to implement effective outbound campaigns and align with industry go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or, alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales, business development, or industry-specific roles. Experience: At least 2 years in a sales or business development role, with or without software and technology experience. Industry domain experience is a plus.
