**Hiring Outbound Supervisor in Middletown, PA!** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Outbound Shift Supervisor to oversee our operations on the 2nd shifts (5pm - 2:30am). Bilingual skills are preferred for the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include managing daily workflow, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is highly desirable. The company utilizes a highly efficient Warehouse Management System (WMS) and previous experience is necessary for the position. **Responsibilities** + Manage daily workflow and operations on assigned shifts. + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. + Lead a team to achieve operational goals. + Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for efficient operations. **Essential Skills** + Strong leadership skills. + Excellent communication skills. + Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment. + Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in inventory management. + Skills in receiving, packing, and picking. + Knowledge of general labor, packaging, and material handling. + Proficiency with RF scanners. + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Ability to stand/walk for a minimum of two consecutive hours. + Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. + Ability to reach above eye level. **Why Work Here?** Weekly pay with direct deposit or debit card options.
