**Job Title: General Laborer Janitor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer Janitor to join our team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime before or after shifts and on weekends. The role primarily involves outdoor janitorial duties, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our campus. **Responsibilities** + Empty trash cans. + Clean walkways, doorways, windows, etc., of leaves, cobwebs, trash, etc. + Use utility vehicles like golf-carts and small trucks to move equipment and material around campus. + Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with students, faculty, and staff. + Assist landscapers, gardeners, and outsourced grounds keeping services with their work. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, and environmental services. + Proficiency in mopping, sweeping, custodial duties, and general labor. + Ability to work outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, hot). + Prior general labor and janitorial experience. + Experience operating golf-carts, hand tools, and equipment. + Strong customer service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working outdoors. + Reliable transportation to and from campus.
