The Outdoor Recreation Coordinator reports to the Outdoor Recreation Manager and assists with managing and supervising all aspects of the team and leadership development areas including the challenge course, Belonging and Thriving programs and the cross-country ski/snowshoe center programs and facilities. This position assists with personnel management responsibilities that include the training, developing and supervising of 30-40 student and nonstudent supervisors and facilitators and assists in coordinating scheduling and staffing for programming.
