DescriptionFour Hands is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Outlet Warehouse team! As part of our growing furniture wholesale business, you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of reverse logistics materials, including inbound processing, product inspection, and disposition.

Four Hands Furniture Outlet is located at 2020 W Anderson Ln in Austin, TX. This position offers two days off each week, with a required work schedule on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. 

In This Role\nLoad and unload containers and trucks\nMove finished materials to designated storage areas within the warehouse and outlet sales floor \nWrap customer orders to prepare for pickup\nAccurately process and identify items on paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading as needed\nMeet productivity and quality standards\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n

The Ideal Person\n1+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience \nHigh school diploma or GED \nBasic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn \nComfortable working independently and in a team environment\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting\nPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance\nWillingness to work overtime as needed\nSteel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours\n
