Definition:

Provide excellent customer service in the assigned food and beverage outlet.  Be able to take orders in a prompt and courteous manner, handle cash, and work POS system. 

General Duties: 

Greet, serve and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Fulfill food and beverage orders promptly. General cashier duties, cash handling, and other forms of payment per current policy, and working with POS system. Ability to absorb large amounts of information quickly: Service procedures, recipes, techniques, micros point of sales. Ensure outlet is clean and organized. Informing Manager of low stock and assist with stock and inventory as needed.  Conduct self in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view. Ability to work independently and unsupervised at times. Able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours per day.

Employment Standards:

Previous retail and/or food service experience is preferred but not required. Requires problem solving abilities. Requires excellent oral and written communications skills. Maintain a clean, safe and environmentally responsible work environment. Must have neat and pleasant overall appearance. Comprehend reading materials, speak, read and write English

Maintain a clean, safe and environmentally responsible work environment. Required to stand; walk; handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.

Must be able to interact with co-workers and have a sense of TEAM.
