Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.Administer medications, perform procedures, and document in the EMR.Educate patients on care plans and treatments.Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care.For RNs:
Assess, diagnose, and treat patient needs.Manage patient care plans, administer medications, and document in the EMR.Coordinate care with providers and monitor patient progress.Educate patients on medications, testing, and home care.What You Need:LPN:
Current NYS LPN license.BLS certification; outpatient experience a plus.RN:
Current NYS RN license.BLS certification; 6+ months RN experience preferred.Compensation:LPNII: $23.85 - $29.95/hrRNII: $30.00 - $43.50/hrPay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
