If you’re passionate about patient care and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we want you on our team! **_Full-time, Part-time or Per-diem options_** **Why Choose Us?** + **Great Work-Life Balance** : Office hours with no nights or weekends. + **Competitive Pay** : Based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package. + **Professional Growth** : Continuing education, career advancement, and more. **What You'll Do:** **For LPNs:** + Provide direct patient care under RN supervision. + Administer medications, perform procedures, and document in the EMR. + Educate patients on care plans and treatments. + Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care. **For RNs:** + Assess, diagnose, and treat patient needs. + Manage patient care plans, administer medications, and document in the EMR. + Coordinate care with providers and monitor patient progress. + Educate patients on medications, testing, and home care. **What You Need:** **LPN** : + Current NYS LPN license. + BLS certification; outpatient experience a plus. **RN** : + Current NYS RN license. + BLS certification; 6+ months RN experience preferred. **Compensation:** + **LPNII** : $23.85 - $29.95/hr + **RNII** : $30.00 - $43.50/hr Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
