The ChristianaCare Outpatient Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Full-Time (80hrs) MRI Technologist to work Day Shift rotating throughout our outpatient offices in Southern New Castle County.
 

Responsible for:

Performing MRI examinations.Performing X-ray examinations, as necessary.Performing clerical duties, as necessary.Superior performance in Customer Service Skills

Shift Hours:

DayshiftOther hours as needed.Weekends as required.Will rotate from offices in Southern New Castle County

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of ARRT registry in radiologic technology required (two-year accredited program).Completion of ARRT registry in MRI required (achieved within two years of hire). State Licensure on Radiation Protection is required.Completion of formal and/or on the job training on cross sectional anatomy. An Associate’s degree is required; candidates are required to obtain their Associates of Science degree (can be substituted within a related field), within three (3) years of their start date as outlined in the Education Agreement required to be signed as a condition of employment.Certification in CPR. Yearly PEEPS certification required for proper and safe positioning and transfer of patients.
