Outpatient Operations Manager
Outpatient Operations Manager, Vestal 3.0 Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Under the general direction of the assigned Director of Physician Practice Operations, you would be responsible for the overall planning, development, coordination, implementation, and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office development activities (except direct patient care) in a medical office setting. Primary Care Offices are located throughout the Broome, Tioga, Chemung, and Delaware counties. As the Operations Manager, your primary focus would include, but not be limited to, day-to-day operations, financial management, communication, and interoffice coordination to ensure service quality of the medical offices you oversee. You will be tasked to build on the patient experience through driving the expansion of access, training and development of site supervisors and overall staff, and supporting provider relations.
