Mercy Health is a faith-based, healthcare organization that provides the highest level of care to all patients across all spectrums.  Mercy Outpatient Physical Therapy, in Cincinnati, is seeking a talented, compassionate, physical therapist committed to excellence. Our treatment model is impairment-based and focused on hands-on, evidence-based care that is delivered on a one-to-one basis.  Therapists are trained in the latest advanced skills including, dry needling, manual therapy and manipulative skills, load progression, and evidence-based return to play. Our programming and equipment strive to provide excellent care for all patient populations and conditions. This position will involve floating across our 22 locations to assist with high volume, clinician leave of absence, and PTO coverage. The patient population will vary based on the location, but will consist of primarily orthopaedic-based coverage. Compensation for this position will be above typical starting clinician ranges due to the expectation of flexibility.

Specifically, you’ll need:

To evaluate, plan, and implement Physical Therapy services using an impairment-based approach according to the standards of practice, governing laws of the State of Ohio and facility and department policies and proceduresCurrent licensure as a physical therapist in OhioCPR certificationOrthopaedic Certification PreferredManual Training or Certification PreferredAbility to thrive in a team environment including, Physicians, PT’s, PTA’s and other rehab professionals.Ability to educate patients, families, caregivers and patient treatment teamsAbility to manage a busy case load effectively.Many of our opportunities reward* your hard work with:
