Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with an Occupational Therapy degree as follows Minimum of a Bachelors degree if graduated prior 1/1/2002 Masters degree required if graduated after 1/1/2002 International Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school and possess a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy. A Masters degree is preferred. Must hold or be eligible to receive an Occupational Therapy license in the state where services will be provided within the first 90 days of employment. Must be certified in CPR or must become certified within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and licensure according to the expiration date. American Occupational Therapy Association membership preferred. If assigned to drive a company vehicle a valid drivers license is required. If assigned to drive a personal vehicle proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid drivers license. Work experience preferred but not required other than clinical experience within educational training program. American Occupational Therapy Association membership preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds assist with 100 pounds and may be required to push up to 300 pounds. Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
